日粮中添加单宁酸对猪生产性能、血液学指标和血浆铁状态有一定的负面影响。此外，单宁酸仅在第14天对大肠杆菌有抗菌活性，但在第28天时无抗菌作用，很可能是由于单宁酸被降解。
